I am excited about combining structural bioinformatics with experimental chemical and structural biology to learn about functional interactions between proteins.

I'm particularly motivated to understand how protein-protein interactions are mediated by flat, featureless, or disordered surfaces and developing approaches that make these difficult-to-drug protein interfaces more therapeutically tractable.
